We do as much as possible to ensure that the process is easy and painless for you. Here are the steps:
- Initial Quote and Consultation: When you call to request a quote, we will respond within 24 hours. We will discuss the price and walk you through the process. If you approve, we’ll move onto the next step.
- Permit Pulling and Logistics: There are certain essential tasks that need to be completed before demolition. We will need to pull necessary permits from the city, disconnect the power, and cut/cap the existing water and sewer lines. We will keep you in the loop of what we’re doing throughout the process.
- Demolition and Cleanup: On the scheduled date(s) agreed upon in the initial consultation, we will demolish the home. We will haul off the debris, dispose of materials at an approved waste/recycling center, and clean up the job site.
Not much at all! We don’t want to add to your stress. The only thing you need to do is approve our quote, and we’ll take the rest into our hands all the way up until the job is completed. Like we mentioned above, we handle all the logistical aspects, such as utility disconnects, permits, etc.
It varies depending on the job, but we strive (and usually succeed) to schedule the demolition and finish all the work within a timely manner once approved (all cases are different). In most scenarios, you can expect a quick turnaround time. Possible exceptions include overwhelming demand for our services, and massive projects that require more planning and logistical work.
